Job Duties:

- Complex Litigation: Your caseload will be primarily residential but promises diversity with exposure to intricate commercial matters.
- Mentorship: You will collaborate closely with a Partner who is a maestro in this domain, gaining invaluable insights and honing your craft.
- End-to-End Ownership: From initial case review to final resolution, you will be the linchpin, handling all phases of litigation.

Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar admission in Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of legal practice, focusing on First-Party Property, General Liability, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sharp analytical and research capabilities.
- Ability to operate autonomously and manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
- Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation and arbitration will earn you brownie points!

Location:
We are flexible! Attorneys throughout the State of Florida are welcome, although proximity to one of our offices is preferred for commuting convenience.
