Attorney (Workers' Compensation) at Law Firm

Law Firm is actively seeking an experienced and competent Associate Attorney to join their growing practice in their Chicago office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing case files, adhering to court requirements, and acting as an advocate for their list of clients. The successful candidate should have a background in both civil law and workers’ compensation law, have strong communication skills, and possess strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and study evidence to represent the client's best interest
- Compile and maintain case files
- Adhere to court requirements
- Act as an advocate for clients
- Demonstrate loyalty and problem solving skills
- Possess strong communication skills

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of workers’ compensation experience preferred
- Administrative and managerial experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in persuasion and negotiation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong computer skills and competency
- Professional attitude and strong personal ethics

- Must be an active member in good standing with the Chicago Bar
