Multiple law firms across the United States — including private client boutiques, mid-sized firms, and Am Law trusts & estates litigation groups — are actively seeking Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorneys with 1–10+ years of experience.
With wealth transfers increasing and contested matters rising nationwide, firms are expanding their trusts and estates litigation teams to meet growing demand.
If you have experience handling contested private-client matters, including:
Trust contests and fiduciary disputes
Will challenges, capacity issues, and undue influence claims
Breach of fiduciary duty matters
Contested conservatorships and guardianships
Probate litigation and beneficiary representation
Accounting objections and surcharge claims
Mediation, hearings, and trial work

Represent trustees, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and family members in trust and estate disputes.
Litigate will contests, capacity challenges, undue influence claims, and fiduciary misconduct.
Handle contested conservatorship and guardianship matters.
Participate in mediations, evidentiary hearings, and trial preparation.
Manage accounting disputes, surcharge claims, and probate litigation.
Work closely with clients, navigating sensitive family and financial issues.
1–10+ years of litigation experience, ideally with trusts & estates matters.
Familiarity with probate courts, fiduciary law, and contested proceedings.
Strong legal writing, advocacy, and motion-practice skills.
Ability to manage emotionally sensitive client and family dynamics.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
Clear written and oral advocacy skills.
Strong client sensitivity and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle complex, contentious private-client disputes.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with court procedures.
Collaborative, ethical, and professional approach.
