### Job Responsibilities
The position involves representation of international and domestic insurers with regards to all manner of liability policies, including fidelity, directors and officers, employment, professional, property, excess and commercial general liability policies.

The successful candidate will:

- Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide coverage advice to clients.
- Conduct rigorous legal research, analyze findings, and draft memoranda.
- Prepare and review pleadings, memos, briefs, discovery, motions with supporting briefs, and other legal correspondence.
- Engage in formal correspondence with opposing counsel and other parties.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

### Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

- Excellent academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in California or Washington state
- 4+ years of experience in insurance coverage litigation matters; OR Complex commercial litigation experience
- Federal court experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters simultaneously
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

### Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000.
