Job Duties • Managing the day-to day handling of a full case load with pre-suit and litigation files • Manage and provide training as need to support staff • Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum • Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills • Screen potential clients • Investiating claims and gather evidence • Documenting injuries and expenses • Calculating damages • Interviewing witnesses • Reviewing medical documents • Representing client through trial • Counseling clients throughout the entire claims process • Attending and Preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings and court appearances.
