This role will support a team of attorneys handling construction defect cases in California. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, knowledge of legal documents, and experience with California civil litigation rules and laws. The Paralegal II-Construction Defect will be responsible for preparing and responding to discovery requests, reviewing and summarizing client job files, contracts, and other construction-related documents, and assisting with trial preparation. This person must be able to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects independently, and have excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
