As an associate in our M&A practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile deals, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures. You will also have the chance to work with private equity funds and financial institutions, gaining valuable experience in this dynamic and fast-paced field.

Responsibilities:
- Lead due diligence and draft ancillary agreements
- Draft primary deal documents
- Communicate directly with clients

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of M&A experience
- Admitted to the New York Bar
- Excellent credentials

Salary:
- Base salary for associates ranges from $225,000 to $435,000, depending on class year
