We are also seeking qualified lateral hires with a minimum of five years of experience and a transferable book of business.

Responsibilities for the Medical Malpractice Associate position include conducting legal research and analysis, recommending expert witnesses, conducting depositions and interviews, and providing legal counsel to clients. You will also have the opportunity to assist with trial preparation and act as Second Chair for trials.
