Duties:
- Conduct patentability searches and analyze prior art.
- Draft patent applications and respond to office actions.
- Provide legal advice on patent matters, including infringement analysis and validity opinions.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop patent strategies.
- Manage patent portfolios and perform portfolio analysis.
- Assist in patent litigation support and licensing negotiations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property transactions.
- Admitted to practice before the USPTO.
- Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting patent applications and office action responses.

Education:
