- Draft and negotiate a variety of technology and commercial transactions, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, development and professional services agreements, terms of use, reseller and distribution agreements
- Advise clients on data security and privacy matters
- Conduct IP due diligence work in M&A and financing transactions
- Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of business and legal issues
- Manage multiple assignments and prioritize workload effectively

Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in technology licensing and commercial transactions
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law and data security and privacy regulations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance legal and business considerations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
- Current member of the State Bar of California in good standing
