## Associate Attorney (Construction Defect)

Law Firm is looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance defense experience, preferably in construction defect, and a strong background in motion practice, pleadings, trial preparation, and attending hearings and taking depositions.

### Responsibilities

* Work on a fast-paced construction defect litigation team
* Manage multiple priorities and caseload
* Prepare pleadings, motions, and trial preparation
* Attend hearings and argue motions before the court
* Take depositions

### Qualifications

* 3+ years of insurance defense experience, with construction defect experience preferred
*
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to travel statewide
