The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment litigation, specifically with wage and hour matters, but general civil litigation experience is also welcome.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the office's established team of litigators
- Handle wage and hour class action litigation in Southern California
- Provide preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation

Qualifications:
- Admitted to the California Bar
- 1-10+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
- $115, - $190, per year
- Annual billing requirement of 1,900 hours with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum
