In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the client and talent experience within the Regulatory Compliance Risk Consulting team at RSM. You will also work closely with our national financial services industry and sector leaders to provide strategic thought leadership and direction that responds to the evolving needs of our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, particularly in the areas of CFPB and FFIEC guidance, as well as extensive experience working with financial services companies. - Assess and communicate regulatory, technology, and risk considerations to clients.
- Develop innovative solutions and approaches to serving clients based on evolving technological tools and trends.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience with federal regulatory compliance laws and regulations in a financial institution, specialty finance, financial services, regulatory agency, or consulting capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Law.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business, a law degree, or equivalent consulting industry experience.
- Experience with practice development and management, marketing, and thought leadership.
- Ability to manage client relationships and leverage them into new business opportunities.
- Professional certification such as CRCM or CAMS.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
