The Charlotte office of McGuireWoods, a leading national law firm, is looking for a Private Equity/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join their Corporate and Private Equity Department. This department consists of over 50 attorneys who specialize in various types of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, and more. The firm has a dedicated team that represents general partners and major limited partners in forming private equity funds, and has a strong track record in representing Small Business Investment Companies.

Job Requirements:
