Law Firm is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of patent experience and a technical background in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field to work in any of Law Firm’s offices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a vibrant team in one of Michigan’s leading business law firms.

### Job Description
The Associate Attorney – Patent Practice Group position focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications that are intricate to our clients’ global patent and IP strategies. This position will also have the opportunity to conduct freedom-to-operate and landscape analysis and to gain exposure to preparing patentability, invalidity, and non-infringement opinions. Further, in our general practice firm, there will be opportunities to support IP-related litigation and transactional practices.
