Goldberg Segalla LLP, a leading national law firm with over 20 offices across 10 states, is currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified Partner to join our Toxic Tort practice group in our Philadelphia office. THE QUALIFICATIONS:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on Toxic Tort. The ideal candidate will have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. Strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and prior experience in Toxic Tort practice are also required. Experience in asbestos litigation is highly preferred. Candidates must also be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
