This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and represent a diverse range of clients in their debt and equity investment activities. The firm primarily represents capital providers, including lenders, alternative investment vehicles, and private equity fund investors, in various transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or corporate transactions, along with excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent capital providers in their debt and equity investment activities
- Work on a variety of transactions, including lending transactions, debt and equity investments, and control and growth equity investments
- Represent portfolio companies in their acquisition, sell-side, and financing activities
- Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers to provide top-notch legal services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients

Qualifications:
- Two to six years of experience in transactional law
- Experience in finance or corporate transactions preferred
- Strong academic performance, with a JD from a top law school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
