- Negotiate and draft purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and related agreements for skilled nursing and assisted living facility transactions
- Familiarity with all aspects of potential business transactions related to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments
- Take the lead in complex, cutting-edge matters on a national level

Qualifications:
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Experience in real estate transactions
- Knowledge of skilled nursing and assisted living facility fields
