- Full-time position in Omaha, Nebraska
- Salary based on experience
- Firm founded in 1993 and continues to grow
- Opportunity for training and mentoring for inexperienced candidates
- Responsibilities include gathering medical evidence, conducting discovery, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in various legal proceedings
- Must have . and be licensed to practice law in Nebraska, with additional Midwest state bar admissions a plus
- Previous experience in Workers' Compensation defense preferred, General Liability experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and legal software preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and research skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under pressure
