## What Work You Will Be Responsible For

At EisnerAmper, you will be responsible for:

- Performing Director level compliance review and tax return signoff
- Handling client consultations on planning opportunities and changes in tax law
- Working on proposals and assisting in developing new business
- Meeting prospective clients and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Expanding services to existing clients
- Supervising engagements and special projects undertaken by the firm
- Overseeing all aspects of the client engagement
- Supervising, training, and evaluating advanced level staff
- Coaching, mentoring, and assisting staff so they can develop and assist in the growth of the tax function
- Maintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect the client

## Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- CPA or JD
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring, and counseling associates
- Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business
- Experience working with venture capital and private equity funds is highly preferred

## Salary Range

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between 199780 and 312156. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
