We are currently seeking a Mid to Senior Level Employment Litigation Associate to join our vibrant Portland office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in employment litigation and other employment-related matters. They should also have strong writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the confidence and self-motivation to build a comprehensive employment practice. Admission to the Oregon State Bar is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates who are not yet members and are willing to become admitted.

As an Employment Litigation Associate, you will primarily focus on handling employment litigation cases, including single plaintiff and class action matters and arbitrations. You will also have the opportunity to provide support for a range of employment issues, such as drafting client advisories and alerts.
