Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, is seeking a highly qualified Partner to join our Workers' Compensation group in one of our New Jersey offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who is looking for a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in Workers' Compensation cases
- Handle all stages of the litigation process, including trials and appeals
- Work closely with key client teams to deliver results for both the clients and the firm
- Mentor and train junior associates to foster their career growth
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the firm

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law
- Admission to the New Jersey bar
- Strong advocacy, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful results for clients
