As a national law firm with over 20 offices in 10 states, Goldberg Segalla LLP is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our Employment and Labor practice in Buffalo, NY.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
- Must be admitted to practice in New York.
- Experience in additional areas of civil litigation, such as professional liability, is a plus.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Excellent writing and strategic thinking skills required.

Salary Range: $70,000-$150,000 (actual pay may vary based on experience and other job-related factors)
