This is a great opportunity for someone with a top academic background and excellent written and oral advocacy skills to work in insurance coverage and bad faith practice. We value judicial clerkship experience and require applicants to be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (New Jersey preferred). We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package. Associate Training: At Post & Schell, we are committed to helping our associates grow and develop their legal skills. We offer a comprehensive training program that includes regular meetings, CLE eligible seminars, observation of senior attorneys in courtrooms and depositions, individualized practice plans, mentorship opportunities, pro bono work, and chances for young lawyers to take on leadership roles.
