We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workers Compensation Attorney to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.

**Responsibilities**

- Opening new files
- Creating litigation plans
- Conducting discovery
- Making court appearances
- Trying cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction
- Maintaining a moderate to high caseload
