Job Title: Tax Attorney at Law Firm in Orlando, FL
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
Experience: 10+ years of significant federal tax experience

The Law Firm Lowndes is seeking a highly experienced Tax Attorney to join our growing Corporate team in Orlando, FL. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years of experience in federal tax, preferably with FL Bar admission. However, we are open to considering attorneys who are relocating to FL and are not yet admitted. As a Tax Attorney at Lowndes, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and provide support in a variety of practice areas.

Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

Responsibilities:
- Advise on structuring tax-advantaged deals
- Assist with the formation, operation, and restructuring of entities such as partnerships, S corps, and REITs
- Identify tax credit opportunities in various industries
- Participate in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and restructurings
- Provide tax planning and research for M&A activities
- Work with a team to deliver due diligence and tax structuring services
- Communicate directly with clients throughout the entire process

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of significant federal tax experience
- FL Bar admission preferred, but open to considering attorneys relocating to FL
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once
