Job Description:

Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a leading law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of defense litigation experience, with a focus on auto and premises liability cases. The attorney must have a JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice in PA.

Responsibilities:

- Handling cases from inception to jury verdict
- Conducting legal research and writing briefs and motions
- Attending and conducting depositions and hearings
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff on case strategy
- Communicating with clients and providing updates on case progress

Requirements:

- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in PA
- 5-7 years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule:
