Goldberg Segalla LLP, a growing national law firm, is seeking first and second year workers’ compensation associates to join our New Jersey practice. Ideal candidates will be recent law school graduates from 2023 and upcoming 2024 graduates.

Our Workers’ Compensation practice group is dedicated to helping our clients achieve significant and sustainable reductions to their workers’ compensation program expenses. We have a proven track record of efficiently handling files and implementing strategic risk-management plans, earning us a national reputation for exceeding client expectations and driving positive change in the field of workers’ compensation law.

- Individual attorney file ownership from start to finish
- Cutting-edge programs that identify and mitigate risks, resulting in fast and efficient resolutions
- Collaborative partnerships and communication with clients to not only close individual files, but also to develop long-term, customized improvements to their workers’ compensation programs

Salary Information:

- Annualized salary range: $70,000-$150,000
- Actual pay may vary based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
