Job Overview: The Entry-Level Litigation Associate Attorney will assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including case preparation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending court hearings.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research on various topics relevant to ongoing cases.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Review and analyze case documents and evidence.
• Assist in case preparation and strategy development.
• Perform administrative tasks related to case management.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
