Summary:

- Director I Compliance position available at Elevance Health
- Full-time position with hybrid work model (remote and office)
- Ideal candidate should reside within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations
- Responsible for directing compliance/implementation initiatives
- Compare compliance performance to industry benchmarks
- Innovate and improve processes according to industry best practices
- Manage compliance programs with multiple stakeholders and requirements
- Develop and implement strategic compliance plans and make recommendations to leadership
- Perform quality oversight of departmental work products
- Collaborate with management to set strategic vision and culture for the organization
- Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary
- Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years experience in healthcare, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy required
- Strong leadership and managerial skills preferred
- Master's degree, MBA, JD, or professional designation preferred
- Experience with Medicaid and Medicare compliance programs preferred
- Salary range for this position is $118,720 to $213,696 for candidates working in person or remotely in certain locations
