Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified and experienced IP Litigation Associate Attorney (Life Sciences) to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level attorney with a strong background in intellectual property matters, particularly in patent and/or trade secret litigation. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience, admission to a state bar, and a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Genetics, or Biochemistry (or a related field with significant work experience).

The ideal candidate will have outstanding research and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication abilities. In this role, you will work on a broad range of cases and provide counsel to clients on ongoing matters.

This position offers a competitive salary, as well as additional compensation such as a discretionary bonus and health/welfare benefits. The salary range varies based on location, with annual salaries ranging from $260,000 to $365,000 in cities such as Denver, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, DC. We also offer flexible time off and paid holidays.
