Job Summary:
Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 6+ years of experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong communication skills. The firm is open to considering candidates who prefer to work on a part-time or contract basis. The candidate must be admitted to practice in North Carolina or willing to obtain admission.

Responsibilities:
• Provide solutions to clients' legal issues by producing high-quality legal work
• Research, draft, review, negotiate, close, and advise on complex matters
• Interpret and explain the law and provide legal advice in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner for clients
• Take the lead on matters and client relationships
• Build business for the firm through growing current client relationships, attending events, and other business development strategies
• Delegate work to paralegals, associates, and other support staff
• Perform other job-related duties, legal functions, and special projects as assigned by managing partners to optimize the firm's ongoing business operations

Requirements:
• Minimum of six years of experience
• Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in North Carolina or willing to obtain admission

Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent legal research, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Ability to work independently and make executive decisions
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks successfully in an autonomous fashion
