We are currently seeking a talented IP/Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney with three to five years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for our Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Waco offices. Responsibilities: • Drafting and prosecuting patent applications • Assisting with patent portfolio management • Working with clients to understand their business objectives and patent needs • Conducting patent searches • Performing patent analysis • Providing legal advice on patent strategy Qualifications: • A technical background and degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science is required. Advanced degree preferred. • Candidates must be eligible to practice before the . Patent and Trademark Office. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
