Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Associate in Belleville, Illinois

Mathis, Marifian & Richter, Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced and motivated litigation associate to join our team in Belleville, Illinois. This is a shareholder track position with a competitive salary and bonus system based on merit and productivity. We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of substantive experience in the following areas:

- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to handle complex discovery and litigation
- Courtroom experience, including motion practice and hearings
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings and motions

The position will involve a diverse range of litigation matters, such as personal injury, product liability, commercial litigation, construction litigation, employment law, and worker's compensation. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and writing skills, as well as a strong academic background. A valid is required, and the successful applicant must be willing to obtain the additional license if necessary.
