Hanson Bridgett, a leading law firm in California, is currently seeking a highly experienced trademark associate or senior counsel to join their IP Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience and a strong background in trademark prosecution. This is a hybrid position, allowing for remote work within California, and is based in their Los Angeles office. The firm offers a competitive salary range of $225,000-$300,000, depending on experience and skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct trademark prosecution (both domestic and international)
- Provide clearance and counseling services to clients
- Enforce trademarks and handle domain name disputes
- Litigate trademark cases in federal court and before the TTAB
- Experience in advertising, sweepstakes, promotions, and other areas of intellectual property law is a plus

Requirements:
- At least six years of experience in trademark prosecution
- Strong academic background and references
- Admission to the California Bar
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ambitious, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
