Crowe LLP is hiring for their Financial Institutions Tax Services team in 21 locations. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with a background in corporate taxation and ASC 740 (income tax provision).

Job Description:

As a Manager in our Financial Institutions Tax practice, you will have the opportunity to:

- Prepare and review corporate income tax provisions under ASC 740
- Review and/or prepare corporate tax returns
- Conduct tax research and provide guidance and consultation to clients
- Identify and implement tax planning and tax savings strategies
- Collaborate and engage in large projects
- Manage and foster existing client tax relationships
- Mentor and develop interns, staff, and senior staff
- Manage multiple engagements at once

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience with Corporation taxation
- ASC 740 experience is a plus
- Previous banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license or EA + Masters in Taxation or JD/LLM
- At least 5 years of experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Open to remote work
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Tax research skills

The wage range for this role is $89, to $183,, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and certifications. At Crowe, individuals are typically not hired at or near the top of the range and compensation decisions are based on each individual case.
