## Family Law Associate

Law Firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate for its Easton, PA office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in divorce litigation, custody, alimony, support, and related family law issues and be admitted to practice in New Jersey. A license to practice in Pennsylvania is a plus.

### Job Description

The Family Law Associate will provide legal advice and services on a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, alimony, support, and related family law issues. The Associate will work closely with clients, prepare legal documents, attend court hearings, and provide litigation support.

### Responsibilities

• Analyze legal documents to identify relevant facts and legal issues
• Provide advice and counsel on family law matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Prepare legal memorandums and briefs
• Attend client meetings
• Negotiate settlements
• Prepare and respond to discovery
• Prepare closing documents

### Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey
• A license to practice in Pennsylvania is a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in divorce litigation, custody, alimony, support, and related family law issues
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
