The rapidly growing New Jersey office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate to join their Employment Litigation team. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience to grow their practice under the guidance of experienced partners and senior associates. The firm is looking for a team player who can take on client-facing work, grow their skills, and contribute to the firm's growth and client service.

Opportunities for the associate include handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations. The associate will also have the opportunity to work directly with clients on day-to-day advice and counseling issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. They should also have a commitment to their fellow team members, a desire to build a book of business, and a relentless dedication to growth and client service. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required, and New York admission is preferred.
