The Role:

Providing high-quality legal representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, paternity, prenuptials, and post-judgment cases
Managing and prioritizing a large caseload efficiently

Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary Information:

Compensation $55,000 to $65,000 annually
Uncapped bonus based on performance: most attorneys earn well over $100,000 annually, many earn over $200,000.
