Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

- Reviewing and advising on various transactional real estate matters, such as purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, and title review.
- Handling development, land-use, zoning, environmental, lease, construction, 1031 exchange, and syndicated real estate transactions.
- Supervising and training real estate associates.
- Collaborating with other attorneys within the firm on a cross-referral basis.
- Actively participating in marketing and business development initiatives, including client updates and blogs.

Qualifications

- Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admission to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
- Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Law.
- Must be motivated, proactive, respectful, friendly, and ambitious.
- Must be a resident of California.
- Robust portable book of business is required, with at least $250,000 (preferred $500,000+).
