This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, with a focus on venture capital investments and emerging companies transactions, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have a , three to six years of corporate transactions experience, Arizona bar admission, strong communication and writing skills, and top academic credentials.
