Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP is looking for an experienced Patent Litigation Attorney to join their Los Angeles office. This position is ideal for attorneys with 1-3 years of experience in patent litigation. The successful candidate will have an outstanding academic record, including law school record, references, and proven litigation and writing skills. A technical degree or work experience is preferred. Admission to the CA Bar is preferred but not required initially, and Patent Office registration is a plus, but not necessary.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the patent laws and will be heavily involved in overall strategizing, briefing, and depositions, as well as trial. They will also have a considerable amount of client contact and travel may be necessary, depending on the case.
