The ideal candidate will handle client meetings, prepare basic estate planning documents, and implement sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. Proficiency in computer skills, practice management, and strong business development skills are essential.

Job Details:

• Conduct client meetings and assess their estate planning needs.
• Prepare all basic estate planning documents for clients.
• Implement sophisticated wealth transfer strategies, including irrevocable trusts, business succession plans, and charitable vehicles.
• Preferably have experience in preparing gift and estate tax returns.
• Highly proficient in computer skills.
• Demonstrate practice management, entrepreneurial, and strong business development skills.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Admission to the relevant State Bar.
• 10+ years of experience in estate planning, trust, and probate administration.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust, and probate laws.
• Proficient in preparing various estate planning documents.
• Experience in implementing wealth transfer strategies.
• Familiarity with gift and estate tax return preparation.
