Law Firm is looking for an experienced paralegal to join their commercial real estate practice. The ideal candidate must have at least three to five years of title search and real estate closing experience.

**Qualifications:**
- Excellent independent research and analytical skills
- Willingness to adapt quickly to challenging and stimulating assignments
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license
- Adaptability to technology
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office software
