Qualification and Experience The candidate ‘must have broad, substantive knowledge and advanced experience in environmental law, such as in one of the major federal or state environmental laws. Should have the ability to work independently applying experience and expertise to solve a wide?range of environmental issues. Should have significant experience with environmental regulatory authorities at the federal, state or tribal level. Must have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school and an active Bar membership in good standing (any jurisdiction) and 3 years of legal experience after passing the Bar and being admitted to practice. Preference will be given to those with legal experience in environmental law.
