Position Overview:
- Seeking an associate or senior counsel with 6+ years of experience in trademark prosecution
- Must have at least 4 years of trademark prosecution experience, both domestic and international
- Experience in clearance, counseling, enforcement, domain name disputes, and litigation in federal court and before the TTAB is required
- Advertising, sweepstakes, promotions, patent and trade secret litigation, copyright and other intellectual-property experience is a plus
- Preference for candidate to be based in Hanson Bridgett's Los Angeles office
- Remote work in a hybrid manner from within California is available
- Competitive annual base compensation range of $225,000 to $300,000

Salary Information:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct trademark prosecution both domestically and internationally
- Provide clearance, counseling, and enforcement services to clients
- Handle domain name disputes and litigation in federal court and before the TTAB
- Assist with advertising, sweepstakes, promotions, patent and trade secret litigation, copyright, and other intellectual-property matters as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to provide effective legal solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all work

Experience and Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in trademark prosecution, with at least 4 years of experience in the field
- Familiarity with domestic and international trademark laws and procedures
- Knowledge of clearance, counseling, and enforcement strategies
- Litigation experience in federal court and before the TTAB
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
