Job Summary The Corporate Law Attorney will assist the Business Practice Group in representing clients in a broad range of corporate matters. This includes drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, handling and advising clients regarding securities law compliance matters, negotiating investment transactions, and drafting core company governance documents related to client operations and material transactions. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in one or more of these areas.
