Law Firm, an AV-rated litigation firm, is looking for an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney. The ideal candidate should possess a broad range of experience in both areas and have the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of labor and employment experience
• Knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations
• Experience litigating criminal matters in state and federal courts
• Excellent oral advocacy skills
• Jury trial experience
• Admission to the California Bar
• Immediate transferable skills
• Strong academic background
• Excellent writing skills

Law Firm is offering competitive compensation ranging from $115,000 to $160,000 per year. Additionally, the firm is providing parking, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary critical illness plan, voluntary accident plan and a 401 K plan. The two positions are located in Inglewood, CA and Sacramento, CA.
