Law Firm is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. This is a full-time position that allows for remote work in the United States. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable in bankruptcy laws and has experience representing creditors in bankruptcy cases. Responsibilities:

- Review bankruptcy pleadings and claims filed in the particular jurisdiction
- Manage routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, and Proofs of Claim
- Attend bankruptcy hearings and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court
- Monitor all electronic filings and resolve any issues that may arise

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of bankruptcy rules and laws, as well as general Creditors' Rights laws
- Computer literacy and proficiency in legal software
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills

Education and Experience:

- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Barred in Maryland
- Admitted to District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in Maryland
- Knowledge of relevant local rules and state laws
- Previous experience representing creditors in bankruptcy cases is preferred
