As a Compliance Manager at Elevance Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations. You will be responsible for managing various compliance projects and initiatives, as well as conducting investigations and audits to ensure that the company is meeting all necessary requirements. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $89,460 to $127,800, depending on location and experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee various compliance projects and initiatives, including regulatory audits, internal audits, risk assessments, and more. - Keep up-to-date on all relevant laws, regulations, and company strategies to assess their impact and consult with clients as a subject matter expert. - Conduct complex investigations and document findings, ensuring that any necessary corrective actions are taken. - Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with high-level management to establish project plans, gap analysis, and milestone dates. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory compliance, ethics, or privacy; or a combination of education and experience. - Familiarity with laws governing the health care and insurance industry. - Strong writing skills and the ability to conduct legal research and analyze federal or state laws. - Experience with regulatory change management preferred. - Professional designation (such as MS, MBA, or JD) a plus.
